Bump in the road

April 10th, 2006 at 10:27 pm

We decided to return a vacuum cleaner to Costco this past weekend. Wohoo, I got $500 back and then turned around to buy items for the house - A cheaper vacuum, stocking up the pantry and a bunch of other stuff we were meaning to pick up. I ended up paying $24 on top of my refund. I felt bad for spending the money but happy that I returned one item and came back with 30 items.

You got a less expensive vacuum cleaner and you also were able to get a great many more things you needed. Sounds sensible to me if the items were necessities! Way to go!

Glad you stocked up on things you really need. Keep up the good work. Coupons, sales, impulse items, displays. . . if you are not careful you end up in the red. Again, keep up the good work.
